Certificate of Clearance Status Changes
All admitted candidates must maintain a valid certificate of clearance for the duration of his/her credential program. At all times after admission to a program, candidates shall provide immediate written notice to his/her program coordinator of any event or circumstance (such as an arrest) which would change any of the information previously disclosed on the Commission on Teacher Credentialing Application Form 41-4. Program coordinator will make a determination as to whether or not the candidate may continue in the program. This determination may result in suspension or termination from the program.
