CBEST and CSET Timeline Requirements
CBEST: All candidates are required to pass all sections of the CBEST no later than the end of the 1st semester.
CSET: All candidates are required to take all sections of the CSET no later than the end of the 1st semester.
- Accelerated candidates are required to pass all sections of this exam
- Transitions candidates are required to pass this exam prior to enrolling in Observation and Preparation for Supervised Teaching.*
*Exceptions to this policy will only be made by the Education Committee. The Education Committee will consist of at least two program coordinators and the credential analyst.
