WHY “THE MAKING of LEADERS!” ?

Our Leadership Certificate (LC) 3.0 is designed for those seeking to take charge, use new strategies to lead in tough economic times, and tangibly contribute to the achievement of the organization’s goals. The Certificate experience is comprised of 9 one-day sessions and a closing half day session. The sessions are on some Fridays and some Saturdays.

At the end of the program, (subject to attendance requirements) participants will be awarded a Certificate of completion by Dominican University of California's School of Business and Leadership. CEUs (Continuing Education Units) may also be awarded for certain professions.

So thorough, so rigorous, and effective that “The Making of Leaders!” has been chosen by demanding organizations as the in-house program for the development of their future leaders.

The Leadership Certificate 3.0 is:

FLEXIBLE

Attend the entire Leadership Certificate (10 sessions) or

Attend one of four targeted Workshops Series (5 sessions). 

AFFORDABLE

Discounts are available for municipalities, non-profits, groups, Dominican Alumni, and early-bird enrollments.
You can invest in and attend as many as 10 or as few as 5 sessions.
Full Certificate participants will engage in "Project Leadership", a project which will afford them to provide a return on the Tuition's investment.
