Robert Proctor

An adjunct faculty member at Dominican since 2003, Robert Proctor teaches courses in political science and international relations. He is also on the faculty at Sonoma State University and Santa Rosa Junior College. Prior to joining the faculty at Dominican, Robert was a member of the U.S. Foreign Service with overseas tours as a diplomat and political analyst in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. He headed the Political Training Division and chaired the African Area Studies program at the Foreign Service Institute, the Department of State's training facility in northern Virginia.
