Virtual Nursing Simulation Lab Will Give Students Real-World Clinical Experience
Dominican recently was awarded $216,000 from the Texas-based RGK Foundation for the development and staffing of a nursing simulation lab. The state-of-the-art lab provides Dominican nursing students with clinical experience in a risk-free virtual reality environment. Nursing Professor Volunteers with Project HOPE
Nursing professor Peggy Goebel talks with the Marin Independent Journal about her work as a volunteer with Project HOPE. Goebel spent nearly a month this summer aboard the U.S. Navy hospital ship USNS Comfort bringing medical care to people in Belize, Guatemala, and Panama.
