
The Gender Studies Program at Dominican provides an outstanding Liberal Arts education. Students in this major will graduate with exceptional critical thinking, writing and communication skills. The interdisciplinary courses they take will prepare them to pursue careers in many fields including the arts, business, education, health care, media, politics and law, social work, and sports. Other students may continue their education and go to graduate school in fields such as administration, anthropology, arts, counseling, education, history, humanities, international studies, law, library science, philosophy, psychology, public health, public policy, social work, and sociology.
