I am very grateful for the knowledge and experience I gained while at Dominican, and the continuing encouragement from professors.
My career at Dominican provided me with the skills I needed to embark upon a successful future with confidence. I am currently enrolled in a combined Master's and PsyD program.

The undergraduate division of the Department of Psychology offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology through the Adult Degree Completion Program, in which all courses for the major are offered in the evening and/or on weekends. The program, designed for adults, is intensive and accelerated and recognizes the needs, experiences, and skills of adult learners.
The Adult Degree Completion undergraduate psychology major combines classroom research and learning with field experience to prepare graduates for a range of academic and professional careers. The Psychology curriculum includes courses that explore theory, research and applied techniques, preparing students to think analytically and at the same time developing their ability to thoroughly probe issues by asking the right questions.
The program size allows for one-on-one interaction with the department’s well-qualified faculty, which include practicing psychologists, acclaimed teachers, and researchers.
