AAAC provides workshops in the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) located on the bottom level of Bertrand, room 110. We also provide our workshops online for you to view on your own time.

Workshop Descriptions

Test-taking Strategies: Prepare for a test and analyze all parts of an exam. The best ways to approach answering multiple choice questions, writing essays, and taking true or false exams. Analyze examples of real test questions.

Health and Wellness: Minimize stress and improve energy and well-being while getting good grades. 

Time Management and Organization: Learn organizational and time management skills. Learn about your individual organizational style and what actually will work for your personality type.

Anxiety and Perfectionism in College: Better understand anxiety and perfectionism as they relate to college, and how to take a different action when feeling stressed.
