CLEP Testing

Students may earn college credits by attaining the American Council on Education (ACE) recommended score or higher (minimum 'C' level or proficiency) on any examination offered through the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) of the Educational Testing Service.

CLEP Examination Information

A student may earn 3 to 6 units (depending upon the specific test) for each examination passed with a satisfactory score. A maximum of 45 units may be earned from CLEP (lower division units). CLEP exams are offered at Dominican University of California in our Teaching and Learning Center for Dominican students, military personnel, and the public. We are an open test center.

Registration Information

All candidates must register with the Dominican University of California Test Center at least seven days prior to the scheduled examination date

Preregistration is required. No exceptions.
