Request a Transcript

Upon instructor submission of signed course roster, all PACE participants will receive an official transcript* from Dominican University of California reflecting their enrollment in that course.

The transcript will contain the following course information: Course Number, Title, Time Period, Number of Units earned and Completion Status (i.e., P = pass; F=fail; I=incomplete). The official transcript will also contain any other coursework taken at Dominican University of California after the year 2000.

* courses taken prior to 2000 are stored separately, and will be included if requested via a Transcript Request Form.
