Julia M. Arno, Esq., MNA, is the Director of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at Dominican University of California.  In collaboration with Dominican faculty and ORSP staff, Ms. Arno develops strategic, competitive proposals for submission to government and foundation funding sources; and is responsible for all aspects of government and foundation grant reporting and compliance.  Ms. Arno also assists with training workshops for Dominican faculty and staff in the areas of prospect research, grant writing and budget development and compliance.  Ms. Arno has over 12 years of experience in government and foundation grants management.  Prior to her employment in the non-profit sector, Ms. Arno practiced law in California.

Susan M. Elliott, Esq., is a Grant Analyst in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at Dominican University of California.  Under the supervision of the Director of ORSP, Ms. Elliott is responsible for identifying funding sources, and editing and writing letters of inquiry and grant proposals to support faculty research projects and programs at Dominican.  Ms. Elliott has practiced law for 8 years, in California and in France.  Prior to her employment at Dominican University of California, Ms. Elliott worked for a software start-up company as the Director of Administration.
