Dominican University of California is seeking a dynamic individual for a Program Administrator position. The Program Administrator performs a wide variety of duties including program coordination, office management, and student services.  This position will implement and assist in recruitment, admissions, academic advising and student support activities, including preliminary interviews, and coordinating information sessions. The Program Administrator will provide general and technical information and procedures to candidates regarding the State of California credentialing laws. The Program Administrator will serve as the liaison with the San Rafael campus on operations issues. This is a 32 hour per week position.


Dominican University of California is seeking a dynamic individual for an Administrative Assistant position in Student Life. This position serves as receptionist, customer service specialist, and general administrative assistant. In addition to providing customer service to students, families, and guests of the University, this position will also assist the Dean of Students with calendar management/appointment scheduling and specific administrative duties. Given the high level of interaction with students and the University community, this position requires professional demeanor, excellent speech clarity, grammar and confidentiality. 

 

Dominican University of California is seeking a dynamic individual for an Assistant Registrar for Enrollment and Certification position. This position performs a variety of functions with the Registrar’s Office team by sharing reception duties, communicating policies and procedures, assisting students with registration and schedule changes, certifying enrollments, certifying course loads, certifying degree progress, and certifying degree conferrals with accuracy and confidentiality.  This position is also responsible for processing batch enrollments in some programs, managing the fulfillment of all academic transcript requests, issuing all other types of certifications to external entities, and sharing in the supervision of work study students.  

 

Dominican University of California is seeking a dynamic individual for a Director of Assessment position. The Director of Assessment leads and develops a comprehensive institutional assessment plan to support the University’s mission and strategic initiatives. A primary focus of the Director position includes degree program assessment as well as co-curricular assessment. The Director designs and implements assessment training programs and interprets results. The position requires exceptional relationship building skills with an understanding of the complexities of academia.

 

Dominican University of California is seeking a dynamic individual for a Human Resources Coordinator position. This position supports the Human Resources department by acting as the campus liaison and point-person to respond to all general requests for assistance and guidance from employees and supervisors. Coordinate all department events, ensuring smooth and successful planning, logistics, handling and delivery.  Support employee success by providing an attentive results and resolution focused response to concerns and questions.  Provide administrative support to the department with an emphasis on office management and assistance. Serve as primary HRIS Administrator for the department. 

 

Dominican University of California is seeking a dynamic individual for an MBA Recruiter position. As part of an established graduate and adult admissions recruitment team, this position will work to recruit, evaluate, and admit graduate students to the MBA program.

 

Dominican University is seeking qualified applicants for an assistant men’s lacrosse coach. The chosen individual will be responsible for assisting the head coach in the guidance and operation of the men’s lacrosse program. Responsibilities include game/practice planning and management, recruiting, film review, scouting of opponents, mentoring of student-athletes, and other duties associated with running an intercollegiate lacrosse program.
