        Adjunct Faculty needed to teach Occupational Therapy courses in all practice areas: pediatrics, physical disabilities, and mental health, undergraduate and graduate occupational therapy classes.

         

        Dominican University of California is seeking a full-time (9.5 month), tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position in the Department of Nursing, School of Health and Natural Sciences. This position commences in Spring 2014. The successful candidate's primary responsibilities include undergraduate teaching in the area of Medical-Surgical and Gerontological Nursing. Graduate level teaching is also possible depending on program needs. Tenure and promotion requirements for tenure-track faculty include teaching, scholarship, and service. Opportunities exist for research and teaching collaboration within the faculty of Health and Natural Sciences. The Department of Nursing, is CCNE accredited, and offers both a bachelor and master of science degree in Nursing. Nursing is comprised of a very diverse student body. More than 65% of the students are ethnically diverse and many are first-generation college educated.

         

        Dominican University of California is seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to fill several adjunct faculty positions for its newly established Master’s Program in Clinical Laboratory Sciences (CLS). Instructors will be needed for the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 semesters.

        Dominican University of California is seeking an experienced nurse in Maternity and Newborn Nursing with a minimum of a BSN to serve as a clinical faculty. This is an 8-10 hour commitment weekly every semester for 16 weeks overseeing the clinical development of 8 students in a labor and delivery rotation.                

         

        Dominican University of California is seeking an experienced nurse in care of children and families with a minimum of a BSN to serve as a clinical faculty in Pediatrics. This is a 8-10 hour commitment weekly every semester for 16 weeks overseeing the clinical development of 8 students in a pediatric nursing rotation.
