Commencement Programs

The proofs for the Commencement programs are posted outside the Registrar’s Office and on the Commencement Board on the first floor of Guzman Hall, near Room 104, about two weeks before graduation. Please look for your name in the program and tell the staff in the Registrar’s Office if there is an error in the printing of your name.

Commencement programs are printed about four or five days before Commencement, so last minute changes are not accommodated.

No office at the University stores Commencement programs, so tell your family members to take a program with them if they want one for their memory books. Programs will not be available after the graduation ceremony.
